Terms of use

Terms of use — Dataracing Tasks 1. The service. Dataracing Tasks (operated by Dataracing) keeps your tasks and reminds you of them on the devices you sign in on. 2. Your account. You keep your sign-in safe. One account is for one person. 3. Reminders. We do our best to deliver every reminder on time, through two independent paths. A phone or computer that is off, without network, or that blocks notifications can still miss one: for anything critical, keep a second safeguard. 4. Your content. Your tasks are yours. We store and process them only to run the service for you. 5. Fair use. Do not use the service to harm others, to send spam, or to break the law. 6. Ending. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; it is deleted 14 days later. We may close an account that breaks these terms. 7. Changes. When these terms change substantively, we ask you to accept the new version. 8. Contact: tasks@dataracing.com
