Privacy notice — Dataracing Tasks Controller: Dataracing (tasks@dataracing.com). What we keep: your e-mail address; your tasks, their notes, dates, alerts and history; your settings (language, time zone, quiet hours); your devices' push tokens and what they report about reminders (shown, acted on); sign-in and security events; your acceptance of these documents. Why: to run the service you asked for (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to keep the evidence of your consent (legal obligation). How long: deleted tasks 30 days in the bin; completed tasks 2 years; reminder delivery records 90 days; security events 90 days to 2 years by severity; everything else until you delete your account (14 days after you ask). The evidence of your consent is kept 5 years after the account ends, without your address. Who processes it: our hosting and database provider, our e-mail provider, Apple and Google to deliver push notifications. We do not sell your data and show no ads. Your rights: download all your data (Settings), correct it, delete your account, object, and complain to your data protection authority.
